QUARTER
The main feature of the quarter is the complicated diagonal pedestrian zone which goes through the centre of the countryard space. This is a new direction of the people movement, which creates new pedestrian relations and new squares - activity places. The quarter system creates the interaction system, between nature, city and culture, creating the scenario of the people life. Due to make maximum good views from the windows and to cover insolation requirements the houses inside the quarter are located with the different angle. Also this structure exclude the effect of the wind tunnel and creates more comfortable enviroment.
CITY
The idea of the project is to give buildings individual identhic, using typical solutions. In case that the social functions play one of the main roles in the residential buildings, the project propose to incorporate collective spaces in each other building which would be the marker of the house. They would be the points of the local activities of inhabitants. This collective spaces will form neighborhood relations, local yard life wich will flow and softly transform in the citylife.

COUNTRYARD
The alley divides yard in two private zones with playgrounds and recreation areas for inhabitants leisure. At the intersection of the streets are mini squares with cafe and shops. The inside space of the yard is closed for any vehicles exept fire department and service ones.
The main feature of the houses are green collective spaces which are located at the different storeys. it could be winter garden, chess club, musical class, workshops, libraries, play rooms etc. White facades create neutral building structure where could be incorporated bright color elements. Due to the economic and structure requirements, the facade and the plan module is 6,6 m. for all buildings. Such solution allows to unify all elements of the houses.
