QUARTER
The idea of the project is to make maximum good views and a relation between city and quarter. The project create new city structure. The heights of the buildings must change from quarter to quarter.
COURTYARD
The quarter provides synthesis of the public and private zones. The spaces flow to each other and connect courtyard and street, quarter and city. Zoning of the courtyard space creates by artificial landscape - chord, which goes across the yard. There are recreation zones for inhabitants and visitors at the intersection of the chord and the street. On the top of the hills there are recreation and entertainment spaces for residents, and inside placed bicycle parking and service rooms.
HOUSES
The buildings make intermittently composition, connect street and courtyard. The configuration of the houses forms different types of the public spaces. There are various kind of services on the ground floor. Entrances in the houses are opened to the street and courtyard.
APARTMENT
Housing consist of one and two - level apartments with different quantity of the rooms. There is two-light space in the two - level flats, where residents can mount a hammock. Each apartment has free plans.
Nowadays important role plays individual style of the building. Each person can choose appropriate accommodation with its own design.
Public space is the adjacent space between street and private area. It should include shops, cafes and other facilities on the ground stories. The function of public space might has a relation with a growing consumption culture.
Local recreation zones attract people and have active social function. This is open space where could be located cafes, fountains, farmers trade and etc.
Private housing environment should be separated from the street and has limited access. But visual connection with the street can be saved. This place is for the rest, sport and different leisure. That’s why this territory must be free of any vehicles. There must be underground parking and guest places for the cars.
We think that the appearance of the house should correspond to its time and take in account new constriction technologies and materials. In spite of its utilitarian function the building must have bright appearance.
